The quick answers to the questions we hear most often. If you're asking something that isn't here, reach out — we'd rather answer it than leave you guessing.
No. IgorBox is cloud-connected, never cloud-dependent. Once a show is deployed to your controllers, it runs entirely on the hardware, no internet required at showtime.
You need internet to program, deploy, and monitor from Studio, but day-to-day playback keeps running even if your connection drops.
Every IgorBox supports Magic Provisioninig. Add the controller to your account, plug it in, and it automatically downloads your show and connects to Studio. No IP addresses, no network configs, no confusing setup steps. Just plug and play.
Output 8 MKII is your workhorse for driving props, solenoids, motors, and general effects. It has 6 Multistate Relay™ outputs, 2 standard relays, and 2 inputs.
Input 16 centralizes triggers — buttons, sensors, puzzles. Sixteen optically isolated inputs paired with the Logic Rules engine for building advanced game logic.
LED Controller drives sixteen dimmable LED channels for panel LEDs, pinspots, and puzzle boards. Pair it with our RGBW-PWR breakout to push up to 120W of lighting.
Yes. Every IgorBox supports over-the-air firmware updates. Push an update from Studio and every controller on your organization updates itself; no USB cable, SD Cards, no ladders.
Studio pricing is being revealed soon. In the meantime, the plan page outlines what's included in each tier (Free, Builder, Pro, Enterprise) so you can figure out which fits your attraction.
Yes. One room or thirty — same platform. Controllers can be grouped, linked across rooms, and triggered by events anywhere on your property. Enterprise plans are built specifically for multi-site operators.
