DMCA Takedown Policy & Agent

Rising Orchards LLC d/b/a IgorBox ("IgorBox") respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to send a DMCA notice and counter‑notice.
1. Designated DMCA Agent
To report alleged copyright infringement, contact IgorBox’s Designated Agent:

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice (Copyright Owner)
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, repository path, or product reference).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If your notice is incomplete, we may be unable to process it.
3. Removal Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, IgorBox may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated.
4. Submitting a Counter‑Notice (User)
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notice to the Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any district in which IgorBox may be found if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Misrepresentations
The DMCA requires that notices and counter‑notices include statements made under penalty of perjury. Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
6. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, IgorBox may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
